I. Introduction

Welcome to the Global Lifelines Homecare Free Home Care Program. This Program is offered to introduce our exceptional care services to eligible individuals within the Greater Manchester area. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Program. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

II. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Trafford, Manchester, Stockport, or Tameside.

You must have personal care needs requiring assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, or medication management.

You must not have previously received services from Global Lifelines Homecare

You must be able to provide valid contact information and documentation as requested.

The Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited slots available.

III. Service Provision

The Program consists of one free month of home care services, with a maximum of 2.5 hours per week or 10 hours total across the month.

The free service package includes personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and telehealth consultations. Additional services may be available at an extra cost.

We will work with you to create a personalized care plan based on your needs and preferences.

Our trained and certified caregivers will deliver all services with professionalism, respect, and compassion.

IV. Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your needs and eligibility.

You must cooperate with our care team and follow their instructions regarding your care plan.

You are responsible for arranging access to your home for our caregivers.

You may terminate the Program at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for cause, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

V. Limitations

This Program is not a substitute for medical care. You are responsible for managing your own medical conditions and seeking professional medical advice as needed.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings during the course of service delivery.

We are not liable for any delays or interruptions in service caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

VI. Confidentiality

We will keep all your personal information confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will only be used for the purposes of providing and administering the Program.

VII. Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

VIII. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
